Customer satisfaction is our primary objective at BulacanFlowerShop.

We strive to ensure that all our items closely match the pictures displayed on this website. The products featured on this site exemplify the range of gifts offered by BulacanFlowerShop and may vary based on availability.

In certain cases, substitutions may be necessary to guarantee the prompt delivery of your arrangement or specialty gift. We take utmost care to make sure that the substituted item is as similar as possible to the requested one, and it may be of equal or greater value with a similar theme and category.

If the requested flower color is unavailable, substitutions may be made. Additionally, items such as baskets, vases, bears, and chocolate packets are subject to substitutions in terms of size, color, shape, brand, etc., if the originally shown item is not in our current stock.

Please note that while we deliver to almost all locations within the Philippines, for provincial deliveries, if the delivery address is distant from our courier office or not covered for delivery, the recipient must pick up the item from our designated courier office, and they will be duly notified.

Regardless of whether the item is picked up or delivered, a shipping charge is still applicable as we dispatch the item to your nearest courier office.

Exact delivery times may not be guaranteed, but we strive to deliver within the day as specified. Morning, afternoon, or evening delivery times can be requested.

BulacanFlowerShop is not responsible for any delayed or non-delivered items, and we are not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential, for any reason whatsoever.

In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with an item, a replacement may be arranged if the recipient returns the delivered item within 3 working days, but refunds are not available.

Please be aware that the products listed on our website come from various merchants. If you order items from different merchants, the delivery may occur at different times within your specified date. However, in some cases, we may be able to deliver all items together upon request.

Our courier and delivery team have the full right to deliver to anyone at the specified delivery address. The recipient may not be available, but any person at the address can accept the item and sign the delivery receipt.

Delivery time guarantees are suspended during extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy rain. An incomplete shipping address may cause delays, and if the recipient's address is incorrect, the item will not be delivered, and no refund will be issued. BulacanFlowerShop reserves the right to cancel orders at any time. The content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is copyrighted.
